Screen and diagnose opioid use disorder (OUD) and select appropriate, evidence-based treatment modalities and levels of care.

Initiate buprenorphine therapy (traditional, micro-dosing, and macro-dosing protocols), and manage precipitated withdrawal and chronic pain overlap.
